2. YOGURT

We all do know the nutritional benefits of yogurt but do not know about its skin whitening abilities because it has bleaching properties too. Yogurt contains lactic acid that acts as a bleaching agent and can be used for skin whitening through the following procedures.

THERE ARE THREE PROCEDURES IN CASE OF YOGURT AS SKIN WHITENING AGENT:

Procedure No. 1: Take some oatmeal and lemon juice and mix them with yogurt to make a thick paste and apply this paste to your face as a mask. This tactic will keep your skin creamed and lithe.

Procedure No. 2: Apply plain yogurt to your skin and leave it for a few minutes and then wash it with warm water. Try this tactic one time daily and in few weeks, you will see some positive changes in your complexion.

Procedure No. 3: Mix one-half tablespoon of honey with one tablespoon of yogurt and apply them to your face and nick. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash it with water. Try this tactic daily and enjoy your improved skin complexion.

 

3. LEMON

Lemon contains a great amount of citric acid that acts as a bleaching agent and contains a high amount of vitamin C that helps in the growth of new cells. Lemon also contains antioxidants that are very beneficial for the skin appearance.

THERE ARE THREE PROCEDURES IN CASE OF LEMON

Procedure No. 1: Take one spoon of turmeric powder and mix it with three teaspoons of lemon juice and apply this mixture to your skin and leave it on your skin for half an hour. Wash it with water, do this once a day and you will see a positive result in your complexion.

Procedure No. 2: Squeeze a fresh lemon and dip a cotton ball into it and directly rub the dipped cotton ball to your face daily. Or you can rub a cut lemon to your face directly and stick to face for a while and after one hour or so wash your face with water. Try this tactic daily and your complexion will change to a greater extent. This method also prevents your skin from developing scars.

Procedure No. 3: You can also mix one teaspoon of lemon juice with one teaspoon of powdered milk and honey and apply it to your skin. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes. You follow this procedure daily or on alternate days.

Remember! When using, these tactics make sure that there are no wounds on your skin because the acidic portion of lemon causes the wound to create more pain. Moreover, if you are allergic to lemon, then please do not go for the lemon option.
