14 SKIN WHITENING TIPS FOR YOUR SKIN

THERE ARE FOUR PROCEDURES IN THE CASE OF TOMATO AS SKIN WHITENING AGENT

Procedure No. 1: Apply tomato to dark skin and let dry and again after sometimes apply the tomato pulp to dry skin and let dry. Continue the process for 20 to 30 minutes and then wash your skin with water. Repeat the process for better results.

Procedure No. 2: Mix tomato juice with lemon juice and apply the mixture to dark skin. Leave it for 20 to 30 minutes and repeat the process for better results.

In the above case if you feel burn then make the mixture dilute with more water.

Procedure No. 3: This process is beneficial for those whose skin is darkened by sunrays.

Mix 2 teaspoons of tomato with 4 tablespoons of buttermilk and use a cotton ball to apply the mixture to the skin. Leave the paste on the skin for 30 to 40 minutes. Repeat the process for best results.

Procedure No. 4: In this process one tomato is mixed with 2 tablespoons of yogurt to make a mixture. Apply to dark skin and leave it for 30 to 40 minutes. You can also add 2 teaspoons of oatmeal for more obvious results. Repeat the process.

8. RICE POWDER

Rice contains Para Amino Benzoic Acid (PABA) that acts as a natural sunscreen. It elevates the vitamin C level in the body that helps improved skin. Rice contains ferulic acid, antioxidant and vitamin C that give much help in hydrating and shielding skin from destructive pollutants.

 

THERE IS ONE PROCEDURE IN THE CASE OF RICE

Procedure No. 1: Make powder of uncooked rice and mix with milk to form a mixture. Apply this mixture to your skin and leave it for 30 to 40 minutes and then wash with warm water. Repeat the process for 2 to 3 weeks for better results.

9. CUCUMBER

Cucumber is good for your skin because of its cooling effects when you use for longer period. Cucumber is suitable for all types of skin. It binds collagens and make skin firm and supple. All this gives your skin to ensure even tone.

THERE ARE THREE PROCEDURES IN THE CASE OF CUCUMBER

Procedure No. 1: Apply cucumber slices to dark skin and leave it 15 to 20 minutes and then wash your skin with warm water. Repeat the process for better results.

Procedure No. 2: Take some cucumber and mix it with honey and apply them as a mask to dark skin. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash it with cold water. Do the process two times a day.

Procedure No. 3: Mix one teaspoon of cucumber juice with one teaspoon of lemon juice and form a mixture. Apply to the dark skin and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes on your skin until dry and then wash it with water. Do the process once a day for better results.

10. CITRUS FRUITS PEELS

Citrus fruits contain a high amount of vitamin C which has a great role in the improvement of skin condition. Use either lemon or orange peels to lighten skin.
