Small small changes will bring great difference in solving the problem. So follow these simple tips as a part of your regular lifestyle to clear the acidity, acid reflux and other digestive problems.

  1. Even aniseed is also helpful for preventing the acidity. For this, you have to boil a cup of water and in this water you have to add a teaspoon of aniseed in it and cover it. Keep it aside for overnight and then strain the water in the next morning. Drink this by adding a teaspoon of honey and have this for thrice daily to get rid of the acidity.
  1. Take 1 1/2 liters of water and add a teaspoon of caraway seeds and place them in a pot which is on the stove and boil it for few minutes. Simmer it for about 15 minutes and sip it slowly while it is warm. For more effective results, drink this concoction for 2 – 3 times a day for about 5 – 7 days.
